Yoga Teacher Training

I need to give a 2 hr lecture on something related to yoga to pass my teacher training,any ideas please?!?
Yoga is part of a religious background and belief system. Ask whether it is possible or not to gain the full benefit from the yoga if you do not include the underlying religious belief.
That gives you lots of time to explain the religion.
Then make Part 2 about how yoga has gone from a “fringe” activity to something that is embraced by millions for relaxation and fitness.
