Where to shop for vintage-inspired dresses?

I am looking for a very specific style of dress…1940′s-50′s style, tea length, strapless or halter, and it has to be white. I found the perfect one on www.unique-vintage.com, but they are in LA and I’m in Denver. I am hesitant to order online as I’ve never had much luck with things fitting properly (I’m very slender/petite) so I’d prefer to find something at a chain store or boutique in the Denver area. Any ideas? I’m willing to go anywhere in the Denver-Boulder area. I really like brands such as Stop Staring, Lucky 13, Queen of Heartz, etc.

Well for unique vintage outfits i’d have to say Online i know you said you don’t have much luck but its what the internet is for. To bring the world together.

Japan has alot of vintage outfits as well so check there.

But e-Bay i think is the best place for vintage outfits. (just make sure they have good reviews)
