Is it ok to drink a Venti Vanilla Chai while TTC?
We just started TTC for a second child. Our first princess an amazing surprise. We would love for her to have a sibling and so we have finally decided to TTC. I am hooked on Starbucks Chai Tea. I am not sure if it is decaffeinated. Should I stop while TTC and pregnancy or is it ok once in a while. I am totally drinking one as I type…
With my first pregnancy I gave up everything. No caffeine, nothing. I dont drink much soda anyways anymore. So, I just wanted to make sure, there is just something so nice about waking up with a Chai Tea. Yum
It isn’t decaf but the amount of caffeine is negligible so I wouldn’t worry about it– you can drink one to two cups of coffee when TTC because your liver will filter most of that caffeine…
I still drink coffee every morning and plan to straight on throughout pregnancy…
Pregnant woman are asked to give up SO much, but there are some things that just go too far.
