Travel Tea Tins

will I lose weight on this diet?
will probably go the gym about once a week as I work during the week 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday and have a long way to travel so don’t have much time. I’m 19. My BMR is only 1300 which makes losing weight tough!
Breakfast- bowl of porridge with skimmed milk/peanut butter on one piece of brown toast
lunch- poached egg on 1 piece brown toast with butter or half a tin of baked beans instead of the poached egg
snack- fruit (maybe about 3 portions?)
dinner- 500 cals, healthy meal.
snack- latte (skimmed milk medium probably about 140 cals)
another coffee with skimmed milk
lots of tea with with skimmed milk
If your BMR is only 1300, you don’t need to lose any weight.
