Thai Tea Bottle

Did I eat enough today?
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Tea and 2 diet biscuits
Lunch: Wholegrain bread, lean ham, low fat cheese and tomato toasted sandwhich + Pumpkin soup (no cream etc added)
Snack: Can of tuna
Dinner: Frozen diet dinner thai curry w/ rice (I added extra steamed vegtebles to it)
Water: Two bottles of water
I would recommend another small snack after dinner. All in all it’s a healthy amount it all depends on how big your portion sizes were but I think generally that’s a good wholesome day’s eating.
