Any ideas on decorating room for bridal shower?

Colors are pale pink and brown-Any ideas on how to dress the chairs up? How to brighten/decorate? There will be 2 60X60 tables and 15 people-
Will be a buffet so no food allowed for centerpieces-Any suggestions are appreciated- I have small roly poly votives so far w/tea lights-White table cloths/napkins are provided—Thanks!
Get large rolls of pink or white crepe paper (about 2 inches wide)
Wrap around like a ribbon on at least the upper part of the chair make a bow out of same crepe paper or real ribbon and attach to the top back of chair.
Get an old umbrella and wrap the crepe paper around, this is quite easy, you staple the beginning and then staple at intervals around then move up but overlap the first one and continue all the way up. Tie some narrow ribbon strips to top of the handle of umbrella, turn it upside down attach to a wall letting the ribbon flow preferably to a table below and place some of the ribbon streamers on some presents.
For centerpieces, you could put those little glass bowls (goldfish bowls) at several intervals on the tables either put a voitive candle in them or water a float a flower head in them
Add: Since you have the tea lights, you can put water about half way up the glass and place two or three tea lights in. I have done this, they float on the water, the trick is not to burn yourself when lighting them, they also last for hours. If you are decorating a chair for the bride, you can drape a net curtain or piece of material over it and then just tie some bows at straregically.
