instant oatmeal? bad or good for you?
I want to eat more breakfast, but i’m worried it will make me gain weight, seeing as i never eat a lot [1000-1100] calories a day, but i want to start eating a tiny breakfast. For about a week, I’ve had an apple, and some green tea, or a coffee cup [about 8inches high filled with cherrios or all bran flakes.]
i was thinking about having some banana’s and cream oatmeal for tomorrow. I have a variety pack. but people told me this will make me gain weight, and it’s horrible for me. It only has 12g. of sugar though? Which i don’t think is that bad
what do you think?
The best oatmeal is called steel cut. I buy it at COSTCO. The flavor oatmeals have a lot of sugar in them. I read that the multi-grain cheerios are the best.
I am doing Atkins. It is not easy.
