any1 tried lean cuisine and lost weight? how much?
hi… i am tryin to lose 15-20 pounds… i jus went shopping for my diet food… i got 16 lean cuisines (a variety) apples, carrots, salad, 100 caloie pack wheat thins, special k cereal and silk soymilk.
*BREAKFAST – special k cereal w/ 1/2 cup silk soymilk(2 green tea fat burning pills)
* LUNCH – either a salad wit veggies or a half a sandwich w/ wheat bread n 1 tbsp olive oil mayo(basically halethier sandwich) with carrots or apple on the side
*SNACK – veggies for snacks or my one 100 calorie pack snack
*DINNER – my choice lean cuisine
*EXCERSIZE – 30-1 hour a day
do u think i will lose my goal of 15-30 pounds n two months?
n have u tried lean cuisines for a diet??? if so how much weight did u lose?
oh ya… dont tel me to cook my own food ok! i dont have money to do all that good stuff lean cuisine is cheap n easy for me. i am unemloyed so im simply askin the peole who have tried lean cuisine!!!!!
All the lean cuisines I know of have to be microwaved. Hence, you are getting empty calories. NO nutrition whatsoever. Most people don’t realize that microwaving food changes the molecular structure during the heating process and damages the food at a molecular level. What you get is carbs….which lead to weight gain, not weight loss. Cook your own food!
