Tea Thermometer

i think i have a mild fever, what can i do?
I don’t have a thermometer (i’m living at college) but there’s been a cold going around my building and i caught it. feeling kinda funky, my head feels warm like a mild fever. i had a sudafed about 3-4 hours ago and one advil about half an hour ago. now i’m getting the chills.
i also had a hot cup of tea to soothe my throat about an hour ago.
what to do? another advil (i just took a regular one)? just go to bed? i feel like utter crap.
also, is it a good idea to sweat it out? when i was al ittle younger my grandma would bundle me up in like 5 blankets with a cup of hot tea, and in like 30 mins i’d start to sweat like a maniac and it would cool me down and the fever would go away. yes/no? i don’t really feel like getting my sheets/clothes soaked,
Take a warm or hot bath and go to sleep, drink plenty of water and fluids in the waking hours.
