Please help: am i making healthy choices?
i had raisin bran with 1% milk
bowl of cantelope
1 small cup of OJ
had starbucks grande passion iced tea unsweetened
90 cal special k bar
salad with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, olive, carrot shred, fetta cheese, lowfat olive oil vinegarette
some pasta salad
small portion of soft serve with choc chips
nature valley bar
apple and orange
and then tuna with light mayo and celery for dinner.
no bread
and then apple after dinner
drank water throughout
what can i improve on. im trying to lose 10 lbs
I think your doing just fine. Just exercise a little and stick to your diet.
