Tea Collection Boys

I read this book in my English class last year and I can’t remember the title..?
Basically what happened in this short story i should say was this teen boy got invited into a woman’s house/apartment. She ended up doing something I think and he went exploring through her house and found a room full of life size “dolls”. ( They were actually skins that she took from the people that she murdered.) So he went back down to where she was and she gave him a cup of tea. He said it smelled like bitter almonds and took a drink. ( Little did he know that she had put cyanide in the tea.) So basically she wanted to add another “doll” to her collection.
Does that book sound familiar to anyone??
Nope, but it does remind me of an episode of Charmed that sounds almost just like that.
