Do the green tea fat burner pills really work?
I took green tea capsules from a reputable health food shop. I’ve never taken drugs but I can liken the effects to taking speed. I felt shaky, sick and was cleaning compulsively for about 9 hours without eating. They are more of an appetite suppressant than anything but I think I’m hyper sensitive to them.
I don’t recommend any type of diet or slimming pill, but in small doses from a reputable source I doubt it’ll do any harm.
