Book on how to make tea?
I am looking for a good book on how to make tea. Suggestions?
Looking how to make my own teas. With fresh herbs, fruits and flowers.. Looking for combos to help me out.
Do you mean like high tea with cakes etc – if so try Bake by Rachel Allen, if you mean a cup of tea then put tea bag in cup, cover with hot water and allow to brew for a minute or 2 – do not squeeze the bag as you lift it out as it will make the tea bitter. Then add skimmed milk, full fat too fatty, semi would do, but not too much. Drink and enjoy :O)
