Spoon Tea Infuser

How do I make tea?
I just got some earl grey tea and an infuser from someone who just got back from France. The directions on the container are in English, but they are confusing. How do I make the tea? What does “One spoon for yourself. One for the pot mean?
It means put an ‘extra’ one in the pot!
I person = 2 spoons
2 persons= 3 spoons etc etc
Always warm the pot first…by pouring boiling water in it…swirling it about…then emptying!!!
ENJOY!!! 
N.B.pot= tea-pot!
Loose tea is fine…but tea-bags are great too…and always pour over with boiling water…and leave to stand for a few minutes.
