Shampoo Tea Tree Oil

is commercial shampoo and mouthwash with tea tree oil ok in pregnancy?
i can’t really tell from what i’ve read. most sources say to avoid it, but i wonder how much can these products really have?
I am not sure about the mouth wash but the shampoo should be ok. (At least this is what my hair dresser told me when I asked about it.) I used it during my last pregnancy and baby is doing fine.
