Raspberry Tea K Cups

Am I doing good so far with this food I have eaten and Excersise I have done?
I’m 14 years old,46 kilograms,female
I got alot of ideas yesterday for dieting because I want to loose 3 kilograms.
I have had a cup of Green Tea,No sugar or Milk
350 ml bottle of Water
40g of Red Berries Special K -110 calories
2 strawberries-8 calories
2 blackberries-8 calories
2 raspberries-10 calories
10 small grapes-20 calories
Total Calories consumed=156 calories
And I did Cardio (Running on the Treadmill) Incline of 11 and Speed of 8 and burnt 160 calories.
Is this good so far?

i’m sorry, but you need to educate yourself more on nutrition and how your body works.
that is plain horrible… not even a snack… 156 cals per day??? a bird would eat more than that and it wouldn’t be enough. at your weight, the minimum number of calories you should eat is 1000 cals… since you are 14 and growing, I would definately advise you to go on 1500 or more calories.
4 meals, 400 calories each… make sure you have variety in your meals. each meal containing cabrs, protein, and fat:
carbs
fruits, veggies, juice (fresh), oats, grains, whole wheat bread, rice, brown rice, potatoes, yams, honey
protein
lean beef, chicken, fish, eggs, milk
fat
olive oil, all natural peanut butter, almond butter, coconut oil, nuts
please, don’t do something you will regret for the rest of your life. you are growing now, and you need to eat. At your age, you can eat 1500-2000 calories per day of healthy food and not get fat. kids at your age get fat because they stuff their faces with chocolates, candy, sodas, chips, and junk food (i consider all restaurants out there junk). eat healthy, natural food and you will grow with good health and a good body.
doing this will affect your growth, and you won’t look so good when you grow up.
