Peppermint Tea K Cups

Did I eat well for weight loss? or too much?
I am female, 5’9 and 138 pounds. I want to lose a bit of weight before I go away for xmas in 3 weeks.
So far today, I have eaten:
1 cup of multigrain cheerios with 1% milk
Apple
Peppermint tea
Reduced fat cheese stick
Cup of 1% milk
Special K bar
A few grapes
One slice of whole grain double fiber toast with one 1tbsp of smart balance natural peanut butter
Lean turkey burger on whole wheat bun with a little mustard
I worked out for 50 minutes on the elliptical and treadmill. I try to only eat when im hungry and just graze throughout the day. Did i eat too much?
No, you didn’t eat too much at all. You’re fine. I don’t know what you look like, but 5’9 and 138 pounds is actually pretty thin. I doubt you need to lose much weight, if any at all. But if you feel you really need to, then you’re on the right track.
