Peach Tea K Cups

Need help noww!! Please?
im 5’2 17 years old!
i weight 165 punds
and i want to get downt to 130 by next summer
can anyone give me and specific eating meals and exercis
because i already lost 15 punds but for the past 2 weeks i havent lost anything
this is what my meal usally consists of:
12 pm – 1/2 cup of special k cerial 1/4 cup of milk
3pm – any 1 kind of fruit like : pear, apple, peach
3:30pm – tea with 1 ts sugger
6pm – 1 small chiken breast +lettus, tomatoes, and black olives
and through the hole day i drink 4 water bottles of water
my exercis:
1 and a half running on my tradmil per day
burns about 900 calories

sounds like you’re doing ok, there is one bit of advice that I can give you, different temperatures of water help out in different ways, Cold water causes your body to burn energy, lukewarm water takes causes your brain to regester that your stomach is full, you can do this when you have the urge to snack, hot water triggers a full body detox, this gets rid of impurities and things the body doesnt’ need. Raw broccolli helps to burn fat around the abdomen area. Stay active, at work, at school, everyday activities, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc… Work at shrinking your stomach, eating smaller meals, snacking on small amounts of fruit throughout the day will speed up your metabolism and assist with shrinking.
