Metal Tea Infuser

Are tea infuser balls dangerous?
Are they dangerous or harmful in any way because of the metal sitting in one’s tea?
this is for green tea btw. i have it daily and im thinking of using this from now on..
if its made of stainless steel, it’s not dangerous. stainless can handle very high temperatures without leeching itself into food or beverages. but as an avid tea drinker, i have noticed a taste difference when using metal infuser balls. i get a fresher/cleaner taste when i use tea socks or loose leaf tea filter bags (instead of a metal ball or mesh basket). sometimes i dont use anything and just boil the tea leaves in the tea pot and strain into my cup (which is what the japanese do when they prepare green tea). but it really depends on the quality of your green tea. if its standard, it wont matter.
