HOW DO I GET THE RUST OFF THE BOTTOM OF MY POOL?

Filled my pool with well water ,it looked like iced tea, and I put metal out in the water, and I let the filter run…The next day the water was clear, but the bottom was coverd in the rust minerals. We rinsed the filter and vacuumed the pool for the past four days. The water turns to the color of ice tea ,until the minerals set to the bottom.. What can I do to get all the rust sediments out? answers appreciated!
