Does tea loose it’s own flavour in storage? I know it can pick up flavours from other products in the cupboard?
Yes. It takes horrible storage conditions or extreme age for dried tea to mold and become unsafe. The “expiration date” is when the company thinks the tea has gone too stale and flavorless.
