Lipton Tea Decaffeinated

Green Tea Question?
i love drinking green tea, i started drinking a while back but then stopped and now i have added it into my diet i am trying to drink atleast 3-4 cups aday, i started out drinking Lipton green tea (the tea bags) without adding anything into it, but i came to realize that the caffeine was to much for me i am the type that i can’t have more then one cup of caffeine in my body b/c i get to jittery and get to wound up, so i started buying the decaffeinated one but different types of Green Tea (i only buy the tea bags) , my question is will it do the same thing for me by drinking the decaffeinated one? i know that it wont give me a rush like the caffeine one. they say it is supposed to promote weight loss so i was just wondering if drinking it without caffeine will give me the same results as it would with caffeine.
also with the decaffeinated tea i can drink more hten just one cup a day and i can have it at whatever time i want and not have to worry about staying up.
The green tea with or without caffiene will do the same thing. Just as long as it is all natural the benefits of it will still be there. Green tea is one of the best things to drink to make u healthier I’m glad to hear that there are others who like to drink tea.
