Favorite Kombucha Brewing Recipes?
I’ve been brewing kombucha for about two years, and have yet to really nail down the best recipe. I made one batch a few months ago that was incredible, but I haven’t been able to replicate it (I should probably start by writing down what goes in each time). I usually use a combination of half green/half black tea, but I’m looking for a tried-and-true awesome recipe to help me out of my brewing rut. My favorite commercial brand of kombucha is GT’s Raw Organic Kombucha, and I would love to be able to replicate that flavor. Thanks!

I like it because it doesn’t produce such a sweet kombucha as some recipes do.
I also like GT’s Kombucha. Inspired by their flavors, I boil ginger in the water before adding tea bags. Then after fermentation I add a small amount of blueberry concentrate for Blueberry Ginger Kombucha. You could also try adding Goji Berry juice to your Kombucha!
