Jasmine Tea Dragon Pearls

what is this oil as the type of residues at the top of my old green tea a day?
So I did all this last night jasmine tea, then had to leave suddenly. So I left i had used 2 cups and i pot he made right there on top of my desk. Today I been extracted and there is this kind of super-thin film that looks like an oil spill on top of it. It is almost like a thin film of grease or cold wax. The tea is jasmine dragon pearls just natural. So what is IT ??????????? 0.o?
