Will adding sugar to tea in a tetsubin (cast iron teapot) damage the pot?
If I have tea already brewed and kept warm in a cast iron tetsubin, will adding sugar to the tea damage the teapot in any way? I know that there is a lining on the inside and I was concerned sugar might damage it in some way.
