Instant Tea Unsweetened

Is instant unsweetened decaf iced tea okay to drink?
I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I’m trying very hard to make sure I’m getting all the liquids I need. Problem is, the taste of water makes me extremely nauseous. I’ve been adding a little bit of Nestea brand Decaf Unsweetened Iced Tea to my water. Is there any reason this wouldn’t be okay? It says the only ingredient is 100% decaffeinated tea.
If it is okay(as in not UNhealthy), am I still getting the BENEFITS from the water?

lol, I am in exactly the same boat – 7 weeks pregnant, water makes me nauseous. Yes, decaf tea mix is fine. I usually squeeze lemon into my water (which helps on 2 levels: changes the taste, and lemon is actually good for nausea).
