Iced Tea Dispenser

On fountain soda vending machines, how come the water is always dispensed in the same area the iced tea is?
This may be an odd question, but I noticed that when filling my cup at a fast food place, regular water is available, but it is always attached to the iced tea dispenser. Why is that? Is it because the rest of the water linked up is carbonated?
Yep, you hit the nail on the head. The rest of the beverages are hooked up to CO2 for the carbonation.
