HERBALIFE is it worth?

some lady came up to us while we were walking and she was telling us that we could lose weight and gave us a free sample she said Aloe water with Mango flavor and a lemon tea with a vanilla shake was like a full meal, and it was 4 bucks each meal and she said we could drink them for like three times a week could I lose weight and is it worth spenidng 12 bucks each week???

I’ve used Herbalife. The prices were not too bad, when you consider that the shakes/bars etc. were replacing meals that I would otherwise have had to buy anyway. A downside is that they tend to include a lot of sugar. An upside is that they taste good.

If it helps you with your self-discipline, then it’s a good idea. However, it’s probably working more like a placebo than anything else if that’s the case.

It’s just one more way of approaching the problem. You certainly don’t need to rely on their products.
