How to make tea with my own plants?
I have a spearmint and a peppermint plant that I would like to use for making my own herbal tea. I know that I first dry the leaves. How do I then brew these dried leaves into tea? I don’t have a mesh tea bag like the store bought tea, so what do I use? I thought about putting the leaves into a coffee filter and brewing it in a coffee maker? But then it wouldn’t be steeping for 5 minutes either.

Crush the dried leaves and place them in a little infuser
looks like a mini strainer -thimble with a lid thingy, bed bath beyond, linen and things have em, or if ya really want fancy and your irish
