What is a healthy fasting menu? Or what is a good website to track nutrition and calories?
I am Roman Catholic, and it is recommended that I eat one large meal and two smaller meals a day w/ no snacks.
I decided to cut out coffee and sweet tea, but am still drinking iced and hot caffeinated tea, herbal tea, fruit and vegetable juices (from concentrate). I actually just started working out, and I usually eat a lot anyway…. not sure if this is appropriate? I am btwn the age of 18-23, female, 5’7 and 140lbs.
I have been eating a banana or bread, and mozz cheese for bkfast.
–> a small meal.
half a ham/turkey/provolone wrap with an apple
–> a small meal.
other half of the wrap, some graham crackers, & blackberries.
—> a large meal
i feel ridiculous, like maybe this is what i should have been eating anyway??
I’m not sure about the fasting part
but I like dailyplate.com
you can chart ur exercise too
