Do green tea tablets really work?
I heard if you take green tea tablets from the health shop it can increase your metabolism…does this actually work? Is it worth spending money on?

No, it’s not worth spending money on, and they don’t work. Buy real green tea instead, and drink 1-2 cups daily. This will actually boost your metabolism, has a myriad of health benefits, and costs less. Good luck.
