Green Tea Slimming Gel

Hello people, help me, weight problems….?
If I drink 3 cups of green tea( Camellia Sinensis) everyday, in what period of time could i lose about 20 pounds? And also, when is it good to drink green tea, before meals, after them?
I eat healthy, I cut off with sweets and fatty food, I eat lot of fruits( apricots, pears) and I am going to the gym and stay there for about an hour everyday. I drink lot of water, and I have 3 cups of green tea everyday. I have also bought gel-cream Nivea My Silhouette to slim and reshape my silhouette.
By the way, I have 143 pounds and 5.4 ft.
What do you think, will this work for me? If I do all these things regulary, in what period of time will I lose 20 pounds???

Green tea is a pleasant, refreshing drink that is high in anti-oxidants, for this reason regular consumption very marginally decreases statistical Cancer risks. It has little or no effect as far as promoting weight loss.
How much weight you lose depends a huge amount on your calorie expenditure, balanced with your calorie intake. In summary this means if you want to lose weight, eat less and do much more!
