Green Tea Seed Oil

is there such a thing as too many vitamins?
so right now im taking vitamin a, green tea and flax seed oil. however i also want to take milk thistle. is that too much or is it ok?
Vitamins are for people who cannot take in their vitamins through natural foods for some reason that is beyond their control. If you don’t need it, and just taking them because your lazy, there is a risk of dependency.
