Green Tea Plus Magic Fruit

help with weight lost!!!!?
Hi there. i’m 19 and 5″4 and i weight 120 pounds and i want to lose 10 lbs. i don’t believe in magic pills or magic diet and i want to do this the healthy and right way .over all i have a medium body but my belly is really huge ! and all my friends make fun of me and now i decided to change ma life style so this is my plan and i want you to tell me if it’s a good plan !
breakfast = cereal + fruit
lunch = fish or meat or chicken + any veggie or rice
snack = green tea w/ cookies
dinner= veggie + fruit
and plus exercise 1 hour 4x a week
so do u think if i stick with this plan i can shed those 10 Ibs and have a flat stomach by august?
don’t eat cookies! eat whole grain crackers instead! otherwise, that sounds like a reasonable eating plan.
