So have you recently suffered from a breakup? It’s a difficult time in life, and one that you will need to find ways to take your mind away from the problems. So why not look into a new type of hobby that will lead to getting your mind off those trials and tribulations you may be facing?
This can be very important when life becomes a bit hard, in light of a recent break up you need new ways to relax. But as you let go of the pain and frustration you may soon learn ways that you can get ex back into your life.
Try the hobby of growing your own green tea at home. It’s a simple process and fairly easy to do. In fact it’s something that you can do in an indoor garden. So if you only have an apartment don’t worry, you could soon have your own tea, made just by you.
Jazz up the tea with adding in other herbs to it, or fruits that have been dried. It’s a way that you can create something that is refreshing and completely different. And again it will get your mind off of everything else that you could be facing currently. Just find a Camellia Sinensis plant and a pot that is the first step.
Finding a plant that is at least three years old is suggested. Because that will be the first time you will be able to harvest the leaves in order to make your tea. But that shouldn’t be too difficult to find, head out to a nursery and see what they have available in stock. If not look online or have the nursery order one for you.
In order to have the tea plant grow you will need sandy soil, and don’t forget the fertilizer to add in every once in a while. To make your green tea you will need to take off the buds and leaves that are the youngest.
After you have taken them off the plant you will need to dry them out in the sun. Then place them into an oven that has been set to 250 degrees, and leave them in there for ten minutes. After that you can seal up the majority and make your first pot of tea.
A new hobby, a way to relax and forget about the problems you may be facing. Plus some great tea that you will be able to drink, and even give some to your ex when you invite them over!
