Green Tea Lemon Ginger

Would this be a heathly day?
Breakfast:
Organic freshly brewed (loose) green tea
Fresh mango
Slice of wholegrain toast with boiled egg
Half a grapefruit
Lunch:
Canned wild salmon on wholegrain bread
A large green apple
Snack:
Banana
homemade granola (mixed nuts and seeds with maple syrup or honey)
vegetable juice (beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger, cellery)
Dinner:
Wholegrain rice (flavoured with juice of half a lemon and some extra virgin olive oil)
Chicken breast
Steamed veg
Exercise: 40 mins treadmil (variety of running, walking etc) and fast swimming for 20 mins
I’m guessing your looking to lose weight in which case it seems like a really good day. The only thing I would do is eat more at breakfast like a yagort with granola, a healthy cereal, or a fruit smoothie.
