Caffeine+Green Tea extract=effective fat burner?
Well, this summer, I don’t want to spend the money on those big brand fat burners like Hydroxycut as I’m most likely going to be spending a fair deal on my gym membership, and I always don’t like all these unknown most likely BS ingredients in such products. I was just wondering if, taken before my workout, Green Tea extract plus a serving of caffeine pills would be just as effective as a fat burner. These are two of the key ingredients in almost every fat burner, as well as L-Carnitine, which I might also add in. Help appreciated ^.^
Well don’t buy Hydroxycut, that’s for sure!

Well caffeine and green tea are mostly used in diet pills for the energy boost, and green tea helps boost the metabolism a little bit.
I don’t know what L-Carnitine does.
But if you take these supplements before you workout, then yes they will give you a boost and you will be able to burn more fat.
