Has anyone ever tried green tea pills?
Hello. Im 16 years old, not overweight, but have alot of belly fat. I want to start running at the gym alot.
Would you recommend this?

If anyone has tried green tea pills and liked them, please don’t hesitate to recommend me some.
i’m actually on them right now…they work for the first week, and after that, not so much! they DO stop the hunger and get me motivated to work out, but the last couple of days they haven’t really worked so well, and i DO get hungry…one think i certainly WOULD NOT advise, it taking them after about 1 in the afternoon…i took one about 3 o’clock one afternoon and i was up half the night, because green tea has so much stuff in it to keep you awake!
