Green Tea Dietary

Is this a good green tea for my diet?
I was planning on drinking nothing but greentea all day, but eating fruits and veggies at lunch and dinner. And every other day i will eat some lean meat like turkey or something. Is this gree im gonna use good?

So im new to tea and was wondering if this was a good green tea, healthy i mean
I’d say this is the lowest quality of green tea. I’d suggest that you go to the asian store to get better green tea.

The tea that you can find in American markets is always the lowest qualities & has no effect of tea.
