Teak is a hardwood tree species mostly found in tropical rainforests of India, Indonesia and Malaysia. The only minor problem with outdoor teak furniture is that it has a rich, honey hue, when it is new but with the passage of time the wood comes into contact with other elements and it begins getting a glaze of ash grey and if this glaze of ash grey color is not treated it becomes impossible to revive the original yellowish brown color of the Teak. Keep in mind that the change of the color does not decrease the resilience of the furniture.

The solution should be applied using a soft fiber brush and should be washed thoroughly so that the whole of the mixture is washed away. The Teak cleaner is very ideal for outdoor furniture that has gone through harsh weather conditions and has experienced a change in color. No extra scrubbing is required while using this cleaner. Special care needs to be maintained that the outdoor Teak furniture is not subjected to application of paint or any type of stain as it destroys the natural beauty of the wood and besides, the natural oil present in the Teak will not completely accept the paint.
In order to ensure maximum protection it is best not to keep the outdoor Teak Furniture in a place in which it might get submerged due to heavy rains; despite being resistant to swelling and shrinking. If proper care is taken, your outdoor Teak furniture will serve for decades.
