Can I buy a dance workout dvd?
I was wondering if there are workout videos that I could buy that teach different dance styles that work different parts of my body. Like, instead of teaching just regular workout moves to tone and lose weight, it’ll have dance steps/routines/lessons. I hear that dancing is a good way to lose weight and and tone muscles(abs, arms, legs, etc..)
I’m a teenager(17) and I’m not extremely athletic but I took some ballet classes a few years ago and I thought it was really fun but it got too expensive(which is why I’m not going to join some dance classes in summer) so is there a dvd that could give some ballet, jazz, belly, hip-hop, zumba, lyrical, or other dance lesson that would help me? The more and different dance routines the dvd teaches the better

P.S….I’m not too interested in the arobic stuff. I might buy a yoga/pillattes video but I’m going to look into dance ones first. So is there such a dvd that has dance moves on it that helps lose weight and tone muscle?
