Daily Tea Set

FAT LOSS > Easy 10 points?
Age: 16 years old
Height: 5 Feet, 6 inches
Weight: 138 pounds
Weight lost over 3 weeks: From 145 to 138 pounds
Though I am in a good range for weight, how that weight is “set-up” is totally unsatisfying.
I might be 138 lb, but i LOOK fat, I have a fat stomach, and ‘moobs’, which I would like to get rid of, and just look lean; toned.
I’m eating super healthy right now, ranging from:
______________________________________
- 5 small meals a day
- 10 glasses of water
- A lot of fruit (banana, strawberry, kiwi, grape)
- A few vegetables (lettuce, green bean)
- 3 cups of green tea
-1 chicken breast
*Based on daily figures

I power walk everyday for 45 min, at a speed of 6 km/h.
I do weight training every 2nd day, with aid of free weights; working the biceps, triceps, leg muscles.
And crunches every day.

first of all, with your strength you will achieve your goal for sure.
to point out one obvious mistake – you are eating healthy, but thats a diet to maintain weight, not lose it. The critical mistake is your:
“- A lot of fruit (banana, strawberry, kiwi, grape)”
Fruits are sugar. Not so far away at all from the calories you get from chocolate. Especially the ones mentioned here. You are welcome to distrust me, so you should go to Google and type banana calorie, grapes calorie, etc.
My suggestion: keep all, delete the fruit line.
