Daily Tea Dress

What can I add to my daily meals?
Um, I’m trying to go vegetarian, so no meats. I also don’t want anything fatty, I’m trying to lose weight.
Breakfast:
Cheerios with soy milk and chopped bananas
Lunch:
Tofu, uncooked, right out of the packet, cold, with something similar to soy sauce (memmi). Edamame as well.
Dinner:
Plain salad, just lettuce, with a light vinaigrette dressing. I’ll also eat a few nuts around this time as well.
Dessert: Low-fat normal-flavored yougurt, and almond milk.
Throughout the day I drink green and white tea, water, and soy milk.
Every Friday I have a Starbucks iced mocha.
Um, yeah… is this good as it is, or can it use some improvement. Thanks.
Almost perfect- for breakfast you should eat an omelet w/2% cheese, and add more veggies for lunch and some protein like nuts at lunch time too. If you eat protein during the day you wil notice your energy will improve and loose weight! Keep it up your doing great!.
