The Benefits Of Green Tea
Green Tea has become the latest buzzword in terms of good health. Its nutritional and medical benefits have in fact, been discovered in China and Japan several thousands of years ago, but has just recently become popular in the West. Containing just a quarter of the caffeine found in coffee, green tea made from unfermented tea leaves retains all its nutrients by going through the least amount of processing.

And since the concentration of EGCG is the highest in Green tea as compared to other antioxidant rich foods such as garlic, kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts and twice as effective as the antioxidant Resveratrol found in red wine, drinking several cups a day is highly recommended.
