Correspondence between type of knowledge and smartness level?

I stumbled upon this short paragraph that suggests that we don’t know what that correspondence is. Now I am really curious to find out if anyone knows anything about this topic. (for example how would you compare the intelligence level of someone who is able to memorize the order of a deck of cards in 2 minutes to someone who knows the roster of 75% of college basketball teams)

Maybe smartness is the soil and different types of knowledge the seed what grows from it.
I don’t see how it could be anything but objective, based on how much the knowledge is valued.
